1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on https://polltoproof.com, or embedding any PollToProof script on your websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. Description of Service
PollToProof provides SaaS software tools allowing website owners, developers, and businesses to design, configure, and embed high-converting micro-poll widgets, feedback collection forms, and social proof testimonial cards on their web properties.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
As a user of PollToProof, you have full control over the questions you ask and the widgets you publish. You agree to the following obligations:
Responsibility for Collected Feedback
You are solely responsible for the content of your polls, any customer testimonials you display, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable consumer protection and privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA).
Strict Prohibition on Sensitive PII
You must NOT configure PollToProof to collect sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) from your website visitors, including credit card numbers, bank account details, government identity numbers (SSN, national IDs), passwords, biometric data, or protected health records. PollToProof is built for feedback and social proof, not for processing sensitive credentials.
No Malicious or Abusive Activity
You agree not to reverse engineer our embed script, generate fraudulent automated responses, or use our widgets on websites promoting illegal, hateful, or deceptive activities.
4. Service Provision & Modifications
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right at any time to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any feature of PollToProof, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
PollToProof offers both free access and paid subscription tiers (such as Starter, Pro, and Lifetime Pass). All financial transactions and billing operations are conducted securely via our payment processor, Stripe.
Billing, Renewals & Cancellation
Paid recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the customer billing portal in your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your paid access will remain active through the remainder of your current paid billing period.
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees, upgrades, and lifetime pass purchases are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
PollToProof and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, embed scripts, UI elements, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to embed the widget scripts on websites you own or manage.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke widget embed privileges immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PollToProof, its owners, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, revenue, or business reputation) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.
